It’s no surprise that my fifth look of the Twelve Looks of Christmas, is focused around one of my favourite trends of the season. What I love about this style of skirt is the ease of wear. It’s a perfect length for those that are a little shy about their legs, but it also makes the legs look longer, which works well on a petite girl, like myself. This shimmering midi skirt is the perfect piece for the holidays. The teal base is on trend, but the metallic touches really set this skirt apart. It can make even the most basic outfit shine.

I am in love with the colour of this skirt! It’s vibrant and fun, a great pop of colour against more simple, low key tones. The lace is intricate, but not stuffy. It’s a polished piece, yet it can be pushed to the edge.
